The role
Onsite work arrangement
Receive inbound calls from the accounts' consumer services members and provide customers with friendly, professional and knowledgeable customer support.
Work effectively with other team members to provide support for external and internal customers.
Document customer requests, resolutions to customer issues, and negotiations with Customers in a clear and concise fashion.

A CSR Representative must have
18 years old and above
No BPO experience required
