As a Teammate (Multilingual) will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support through email communication in both English & Spanish language.
Meet and exceed client mandated KPI's (Key Performance Indicators)
Participate in all Internal and External mandated training and/or seminars.
Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with TaskUs policies and procedures.
Maintain knowledge of functional areas and company policies and procedures.
Answer user’s email received via client tool – Multilingual language
Provide accurate and timely responses for inquiries coming through email
Qualification (Education, Experience, Skills Certification, Specialized Training):
Proficiency in both English and Spanish
Must be a high school graduate and up
Willing to work onsite in Imus, Cavite and on shifting schedules
