Job Description

CUSTOMER INCENTIVE PLAN ANALYST - BAHASA
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:
  • Day to day review of actual agreements between 3M and Customer data in ERP system.
  • Changing data in the ERP system according to the company's strategy.
  • Periodical agreements strategy implementation into ERP system upon business directions.
  • Overall case and request management for basic to moderate inquiries up to closure.
  • Serves as a secondary level of support for business groups within Customer Operations upon business need.
  • Creating accruals reports and other ad-hoc analysis related to Vistex Operations management in order to support business decisions.
  • Recommendations for ongoing process improvements to drive efficiency and maximize value realization.
  • Troubleshooting Customer Incentive Plan errors, questions, and requests from stakeholders.
  • Develop expertise on processes and on data governance.
  • Maintain business group workflow, includes follow-up with the business on missing fields, incorrect data, and delays.
  • Provide reports to assigned business team to enable end-to-end process visibility.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data quality & reduce cycle time.
  • Responsible for escalation of issues if needed Interaction is focused on answering routine questions directly related to the professional discipline, as well as exchanging factual information with an audience knowledgeable in the subject area.
  • Continuous improvement of processes and Lean Six Sigma project participation.
  • Other tasks assigned by the Supervisor. 

Qualifications/Requirements

Basic Qualifications:
  • A graduate Marketing or Business Administration, Communication course is generally required.
  • At least 2 years of experience related to Pricing, Material Listing, Phase in Phase out or the likes, is required.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral – both in English and in Bahasa Indonesia (Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening in Bahasa Indonesia are all required).
  • Highly customer service and quality-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Advanced knowledge on MS Office.
  • Structured approach to effectively and efficiently planning own workload.
  • Team oriented person who can focus on the details and ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of VBA, Macro excel formulas is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, SAP, Vendavo platforms is an advantage.
  • Stable internet connection
