Job Description

The Customer Services Agent provides assistance and related customer services at the counter, gate and baggage areas. Duties include servicing customers by performing meet and greet, check-in, aircraft boarding and deplaning, ticketing, baggage service, public announcements, providing connecting flight information and handling of irregular operations, meeting arriving flights, special passenger assistance, and lounge operations.

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor’s / College Degree holder of any course
Ability to communicate in English
Customer - service driven
Willing to undergo training
Willing to work on shifting schedule, weekends, holidays and extended working hours
Willing to start immediately
