Job Description

INTERNATIONAL PREMIUM SERVICES HOST

• To provide exceptional service experience to all guests in the Casino Resort, assisting with their requests;
• Meet and Greet guests at their arrival/departure points, taking care of their stay in the
Integrated Resort, including Hotel Rooms, Transportation etc.;"
• Assist guests with Hann Membership, opening and settling programs;
• Work closely with other stakeholders, including Front Office, Cage, Table Games, etc.;
• Assist with Casino Events & Promotions and proactively anticipate the needs of guests
• AIdentify, develop and establish a good rapport with players;
• Abide to compliance regulations while carrying out duties and perform any other ad hoc duties as and when needed

Qualifications/Requirements

• College/ University level, preferably in a Hospitality or related course; Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication skills in English and a second language e.g. Mandarin or Korean;
• Like interacting with players, with good problem solving skills and able to resolve issues that may arise;
• Must be highly self-motivated and work with others as a team, must have strong analytical problem solving/decision making skills.
