  • Provides assistance to customers via phone call
  • Records all important information regarding the calls in the systems.
  • Strong attention to details and accuracy.
  • Good interpersonal skills & ability to work with diverse environment.
  • Stress resistance in emergency situation

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Preferably with 6 months customer service associate experience.
  • Knowledge in SAP system is a plus.
  • Basic to advance MS application skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Languages: Fluent communication skills (oral and written) in Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Japanese and Business English.
  • Education: A degree in Automotive, Information Technology or any Business-related courses
  • Amenable to work onsite
