Job Description

Japanese customer service representative is responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing technical support, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction for our Japanese-speaking clients. The role will be a key part of our customer service team, serving as a direct communication link between the company and our Japanese clients, helping to resolve technical issues and providing an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications/Requirements

Education: At least a high school graduate or equivalent experience in customer service for Japanese client

Language Proficiency: Fluent in Japanese and English

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English

Customer Focus: Ability to handle inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally

Flexibility: Willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends if required
