Position Title: Customer Service SME (Subject Matter Expert) – Multilingual (1 vacancy)

Job Description: 

The one.com Customer Service SME – Multilingual plays a key role in supporting and coaching our bilingual Customer Service Representatives. This position ensures high-quality customer interactions and helps the team deliver excellent service consistently.

Responsibilities
  • Provide daily assistance and coaching to bilingual Customer Service Representatives by answering questions and offering constructive feedback to improve their performance.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach, representing group.one in a professional manner at all times.
  • Strive to meet and exceed KPIs related to customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Promote a solution-oriented mindset to resolve issues promptly and effectively.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent in working experience
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in customer support in fast-paced and competitive environment.
  • Customer-focused with a positive, problem-solving, and can-do service-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment.
  • Average written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of web hosting and programming languages is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and intrapersonal skills.
  • Demonstrates initiative and resourcefulness.
  • Fluent in one or more additional languages such as French, Dutch, Danish, German ,or Swedish.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a multilingual environment.
  • Ability to coach and mentor team members effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Professional and positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
