Job Description:
-Provide travel advice, reservations solutions and partner offers in a contact center environment.
-Provide a seamless customer experience through effective use of systems while using information and tools appropriately.
-Adapt well to changes in situation and task while sensitively responding and supporting others.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualification (Education, Experience, Professional License, Skills Certification, Specialized Training):

-Has a Bachelor’s degree
-Native level Japanese and fluency in English is essential
-1-year professional experience in sales, hotel operations and hotel systems
