CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (Local Account)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Attends to the Healthcare company’s general inquiries, facilitate out-patient availments through the 24/7 Hotline.
• Facilitate Hospital Admission and Discharges of Healthcare company members thru the 24/7 Hotline.
• Secures medical documents as deemed necessary related to hotline transactions.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the immediate superior

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
