Receives calls through the hotline a Telephony system and handles inquiries, request
and complaints related to the following call types: Waivers and Reversals, Installment
Programs, Customer Information Updates, Marketing Promotions, Transaction
Disputes, Card Delivery, Card Application Follow-up, Increase credit limit, Card
Activation, SOA request, Balance and Transaction Inquiry, and Others.
Other Must Haves:
1. Willing to work in a 24x7 setup.
2. Willing to work late at night permanently if needed
3. Willing to relocate to another city if company decides - Will be given standard
relocation allowance & package as per office policy at that time
4. Proximity to OTC in case of Rains/Flooding
5. Declaration of Friends & Family - Active and past employees
