- Has a background providing customer support in the IT industry
- Can work with little supervision
- Can handle multiple customers
- Has knowledge with MS Excel
- Handle complex customer issues and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
- With experience in payment industry is an advantage
