•Cater to new applications; inquiries, aftersales and complaints; resolves customer transactions. • Check if applicant’s location is part of RFS; do facility assignment if with existing NAPs (not full yet). • Assist customers in filling up of forms/agreement contract.
• Explain concisely all necessary information indicated in the contract.
• Input customer information/application in front-end tool (IBAS).
• Assist customers to cashier for payment activities.
