As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Meatplus Trading Corporation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients and sales teams receive outstanding support and assistance. You will serve as a bridge between our valued clients and our dedicated sales force, providing solutions to inquiries, resolving concerns, and contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Data Inputting: Accurately enter sales data and information to database.
- Customer Information Management: Maintain and update customer records including contact details, addresses, delivery information, and accounting details.
- Product information management: Ensuring the complete and correct information of list of products.
- Pricing management: Entering the correct pricing based on approved purchase orders, and or weekly price updates.
- Order processing: Process and submit customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Data verification and validation: Ensure the accuracy and validity of entered data by double-checking and reviewing against source documents.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with sales executives or managers to obtain and clarify necessary information for accurate data entry.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and organized documentation of entered sales data, including filing of customer documents and prospectus.
