CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT

Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to follow a prepared script while adapting to customer needs
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks eƯiciently
Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Degreed diploma and additional qualifications will be a plus.
