SUMMARY
A Customer Service Representative is responsible for customer concerns such as delivery schedule, availably of the item, and alike. They are also coordinating Sales Agents to the Plant and Vice Versa. Customer Service Representatives may also generate sales from walk-in customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Coordinate sales team by relaying delivery concerns and communicating relevant information.
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
Processing of orders including customer confirmation
Answering concerns regarding delivery schedule and availability of stocks
Processing of pull outs, replacement and any changes in pricing or delivery address
Assisting clients (Walk-ins, online or phone inquiry)
Following pending customer orders from the concerned department
