Job Description

  • Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries via inbound calls and email

    1. Provide excellent customer service through active listening
    2. Work with confidential customer information in a secure manner
    3. Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive
    4. Appropriately and adequately communicate with customers

    Qualifications/Requirements

    • Filipino citizen or with equivalent legal status
    • Proven oral and written English communication skills
    • Strong logic and problem-solving skills
    • Availability to work in various shifts
    • Skill in using Windows operating systems
    • Organization and work prioritization skills
    • High School Graduate
