Job Description

Seasonal Customer Service Representatives 

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and provide comprehensive information about the educational institution, including programs, admission process, and benefits.
Address any questions or concerns leads may have regarding the institution or the admissions process.
- Highlight the advantages and value of enrolling in the institution to generate interest among prospective students.
- Qualify leads by assessing their interest and fit for the institution's offerings.
- Motivate qualified leads to take the next step and apply for admission.
- Complete calls and follow-ups within designated timeframe of receiving a lead.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:
- Must have prior experience in handling outbound calls.
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional proficiency in both written and verbal English communication.
- Skilled in using communication tools, Google Workspace, and various project management software.
- Willing to work in Davao City
- Willing to start ASAP
