Job Description

The selected candidate shall continue to serve as Analyst, Customer Fulfillment - THAI and remain responsible for:


Job Description:
• Accurately and timely receives, verifies, and processes customer orders for a portfolio of Thai accounts, ensuring full compliance with Thailand-specific standards and documentation requirements.
• Acts as the primary point of contact for both external and internal stakeholders in resolving customer service issues specific to the Thai market.
• Communicates directly with Thai-speaking clients, ensuring proper understanding of nuanced commercial, cultural, and logistical instructions.
• Interprets and applies order-specific delivery instructions, payment terms, and invoicing details written in Thai.
• Coordinates cross-functional communication with logistics, supply chain, and sales teams to meet customer requirements aligned with Thai business protocols.
• Ensures compliance with Thai tax documentation, trade terms, and shipping procedures, including proper VAT handling and export requirements.
• Provides analytical support on Thai customer order behavior, fulfillment performance, and service satisfaction.
• Offers culturally appropriate customer service to Thai clients, using native-level understanding of language and business etiquette.
• Assists in translating commercial documents, email communications, and dispute resolutions between Thai and English.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications Requirements:
Must be a native of Thailand or possess Thai citizenship.
• Fluent in both spoken and written Thai and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer fulfillment, order management, or a related role in a multinational or regional setup.
• Strong understanding of Thai business culture, customer service norms, and trade documentation requirements.
• Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and able to work cross-functionally with global teams.
• Able to manage high volumes of transactions and resolve service issues in a fast-paced environment.
