Job Description

CUSTOMER REALTIONS OFFICER
A Customer Relations Officer at a car dealership is responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction with the dealership's services.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Communication and Support:
Responds to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, via phone, email, or in person. - Resolves customer issues effectively, working with other departments as needed. - Provides information about dealership services, products, and promotions.
 Customer Feedback and Satisfaction:
Collects customer feedback through surveys, reviews, and interactions. Analyzes feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Reports customer satisfaction data to management.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
 Maintains accurate customer records and contact information in the dealership's CRM system. –
Tracks customer interactions and preferences.
 Develops and implements customer retention strategies.
Customer Events and Promotions:
Assists in planning and executing customer events and promotions. –
Coordinates with marketing and sales departments to promote events and offers.
Dealer Brand Advocacy:
Promotes the dealership's brand and values through positive customer interactions.
Contributes to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers. 

Qualifications/Requirements

CUSTOMER RELATION OFFICER
Essential Skills and Qualifications: -
Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field. –
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. –
Strong customer service orientation. –
Ability to resolve conflicts effectively. –
Experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred. –
Knowledge of the automotive industry is beneficial.
Fluent in English and Filipino, with the ability to communicate in local dialects.
This role is often focused on building relationships with customers after they have purchased a vehicle, ensuring their satisfaction with the sales and service experience. They may also handle customer complaints and feedback, helping to improve the dealership's overall customer exp
