Job Description

  • Responsible for processing routine to complex transactions over the phone, researching and resolving routine to moderately complex problems and inquiries and referring difficult problems to more senior representatives.
  • May conduct account maintenance, report generation, and project work.
  • Responds to, researches and resolves escalated inquiries and complaints requiring special handling and that may have been forwarded by management committee members, agencies, and/or different departments.
  • May serve as an intermediary to resolve disputed matters; negotiates and enacts settlements
  • Ensures identified risks and/or problems are clearly documented.
  • Refers recommendations exceeding authority levels and/or items unable to meet resolution to management for review.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/master’s degree in business administration or any course related.
• With experienced in sales
• Able to work pressure.
• Has the ability to pioneer the market by itself, has leadership skills, and can work in a team professionally.
• Computer skills in MS Office, especially Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
• Have communication and negotiation skills.
• Have a good personality. and have a code of ethics.
