• Ensures smooth and long-term business partnership management through keeping the franchisees engaged and satisfied with the company as their franchisor and ensure that they remain compliant with the brand standards.
• Acts as strategic business advisor to franchisees.
• Ensures the proper implementation of new store development and on boarding process.
• Coordinates with internal and external parties to resolve franchise related issues if any
Leads a team that provides support for franchisees inquiry, new location openings, new product implementation, policy and procedure implementation, and monitoring of all franchise related functions, reports and requirements- from Franchise Application, Pre-operating to Grand Opening and Operational Processes: Personnel, Equipment, Provisions, Supply Chain, Leasing, Marketing, Coordination and Administration.
