Job Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues via phone, ensuring a high level of service and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct telesales calls and market research outreach to both new and existing customers, identifying their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Generate leads through calls and follow up regularly with prospective and existing clients to foster relationships and drive customer engagement.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and to the customer’s satisfaction.
  • Create and maintain daily reports to monitor client interactions, sales leads, follow-ups, and escalation cases. Share reports with the team to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer concerns and inquiries are addressed promptly and in line with company standards.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Knowledge in using computer and office applications or systems.
  • Capability to speak N1 or Native Level Japanese & English.
  • Strong client service & communication Skills
