Job Description

Customer Service Support is real-time, interactive and efficient help line for all kinds of customers concern, inquire and assistance thru voice and chat channels such as cellphones or any social media platforms. This are live agents that helps customers regarding their bills, accounts, basic technical troubleshooting and frequently asked questions.

Basic Functions:
a. Internet Management & Billing System Software operation & support
b. Customer Service & Support
c. Realtime Help-Desk 18Hours
d. Basic Technical & Network Troubleshooting
e. Account Upgrade or Modification
f. Live Call/Chat on Voice or Social Media Platform
g. Trouble Ticketing and Dispatch
h. SMS/Email Alert
i. Account Management & support

Qualifications/Requirements

✔️ Computer and IT literate
✔️ College graduate related in IT, Customer Service Management & Computer Science 
✔️ Knowledge on word processing, excel spreadsheet or other office management software
✔️ Knowledge on basic computer operation & technical network
✔️ With good communication skills
✔️ with at least 6 months to 1year work experience.
