CREDIT INVESTIGATOR

Requirements: 

• Conducts standard validation and checking necessary to assess borrower’s credit risk based on existing operating guidelines.
• Performs physical inspection and valuation of properties offered to the Bank as collateral/safekeeping.
• Prepares and updates MIS report on accounts endorsed for credit evaluation on a daily basis.
• Accomplishes monthly productivity report and monthly MIS report summary.
• Conducts background investigation of employees endorsed by the HR department.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor/head.

Qualifications: 

• Preferably Graduate of any Business-Related Course
• Preferably with experience in the same field
• Has knowledge in loan/credit review, credit analysis, loans/credit operations
• With strong analytical, judgment and decision-making skills
• Has keen attention to details and has good communication skills
• Computer literate
• With own motorcycle and updated driver’s license
• Fast learner, can work under pressure and under minimal supervision.
