A RAFI Micro Finance Trust Staff is responsible for the recruitment of clients, management of portfolio,
customer relations, achievement of operational targets and ensuring adherence and compliance to enterprise
policies and procedures.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:
At least Senior High Graduate, Fresh graduates of any related course are welcome to apply!
Highschool Graduates (Old curriculum) can apply but with at least 1 year of work experience
Knows how to drive a motorcycle with active Driver’s License
Willing and with passion to do community field work, community Organizing and development, Marketing, CI/BI and collection.
Willing to travel
