  • Be the Finance Partner for Key Client Managers & GSC teams.
  • Responsible to drive Customer outcomes through positive customer experience in finance-related processes.
  • Forecast Cash and AR performance for owned Key Clients – report outs to Finance & Commercial Management.
  • Own Tier 2 and Tier 3 disputes and closure for assigned KCs (Including any old unresolved and closed disputes).
  • Support initiatives to improve IE for KC to Analyze and resolve root causes of disputes proactively.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish and English Languages
