Job Description

  1. Daily approval of sales orders in accordance with the company’s credit and collection policy.
  2. Generates Daily Hold Orders Summary with justification.
  3. Conducts Credit Investigation of new accounts for enrollment occasionally.
  4. Generates Collection Target Report every Friday, and have this emails to Sales.
  5. Ensure hundred percent collection versus target.
    • Daily follow-up and monitoring of salesman collection.
    • Calls accounts for collection.
    • Visit the accounts if necessary.
  6. Update daily collection report based on actual salesman collections.
  7. Create and issues Trade Letters to accounts with unauthorized deductions and past dues.
  8. Request Debit Notes to Finance to facilitate penalties on overdue accounts.
  9. Prepares Billing Statements to key accounts.
  10. Facilitates closing of unresolved balance.
  11. Documents Accountability
  12. Others

Qualifications/Requirements

  1. Graduate of BS in Accounting, Accounting Technology or equivalent;
  2. Must have prior knowledge using Microsoft Office applications like Word and Excel;
  3. Facilitate closing of unresolved payment balance.
  4. Daily approval of sales orders in accordance with the company’s credit and collection policy.
  5. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
