ARTISTIC MANAGER

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: 

  • Assists the Creative Director with concept, development and implementation of all creative entertainment projects, assisting with the sourcing of artists and assets, and ensuring objective communication between all relevant parties such all according to Creative Director’s vision;
  • Assists with maintaining the highest standards of entertainment quality and consistency across all venues at par with international entertainment shows;
  • Manages performance schedules relevant to both daily operations and events by creating and distributing operational schedule upon due coordination between all parties and Creative Director’s approval.


Qualifications/Requirements

Educational Requirement:

  • Performing Arts Degree in an international institution and/or equivalent experience

Experience Requirement:

  • Must have at least ten years’ of experience in the performance field with at least five years of choreography assistance / stage management experience internationally
