Job Description

To attend to customers needs with utmost effort to deliver Total Customer Satisfaction, considering standards

for Customer Care. 
To achieve projected sales target with excellent Product Knowledge and Salesmanship ability.
Responds to the needs of any walk-in customer, observing standards of customer care

  • Responsible in assigning correct part number for parts being inquired for/ordered by
  • counter customers.
  • Responsible in securing full payment from the counter customer for orders/requirements that
  • are out of the dealership's stock ( to be ordered from TMP).
  • Submits to the Invemtory Control Staff/Supervisor, list of counter requirements/order for
  • ordering purposes.
  • Responsible in informing counter customers of the arrival of parts they ordered.
  • Follows up and monitors pending counter orders/requirements so as to be able to inform
  • customer of arrival.
  • Responsible for Service sales transaction as follows:
  • Attends to/coordinates with service technicians concerning their parts requirements/orders.
  • Receives duly accomplished green copy of Repair Order (as basis of order) from the service
  • advisor/representative.
  • Responsible in assigning correct part number for parts being inquired for by service
  • service technicians/advisors.
  • Provides correct data (availability and price) on the advice slip coming from service 
  • technicians for purposes of inquiry (for advice to service customers).
  • Coordinates with the Inventory Control Staff/Supervisor regarding pending parts being
  • followed up by service technicians/advisors.
  • General (Counter, Service, Fleet/Jobbers, etc.)
  • Responsible for invoicing of ordered parts (counter, service, fleet/jobbers & other dealers.
  • Prepares estimate for spare parts and price qiotation.
  • Attends to telephone inquiries.
  • Logs necessary informations on the Daily Service Rate form during invoicing.
  • Monitors accountable forms as follows:
     5.1 Maintain a logbook for recording purposes.
    5.2 Endorse accounting copies to parts accountant.
    5.3 Reconcile with parts accountant in case there are reported unsubmitted forms.
    5.4 Records cancellations (reasons and person responsible.
    5.5 Maintains complete and updated files of the parts copy of all accountable forms.

  • Maintains good appearance, labels/tags and cleanliness of the parts display counter.
  • Log lost sales.
  • Checks actual daily transactions (sales, returns, postposting and on-hand adjustment ) based
  • on the accountable/continuous form used and TOPSS generated report, Daily Sales Detail List.
  • Computes Daily Service Rate.
  • Maintains 5'S at all times.
  • Attends weekly departmental meeting.
  • Participates in the TMP Qtrly. Exam.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • College Graduate, 4 yr. Course
  • With experience in the field of sales, Knowledgeable with spare parts
  • Excellent communication skills; Computer Literate; Systematic and has Customer Handling Skills
  • Presentable appearance & pleasing personality; Hardworking
  • With driver's license (Professional, Restriction Code,R2)
  • Residence must be within vicinity of Toyota Shaw Inc. or near TSO
