JOB POSITION : Section Head for Cost Control

Job Description:
• Oversee and manage cost control activities for the Project, ensuring project expenditures align with budgets.
• Monitor and analyze cost estimates, forecasts, and actual expenditures to identify variances and implement corrective actions.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, cash flow analyses, and cost projections for management review.
• Coordinate with procurement, finance, and project teams to track and control costs effectively.
• Ensure compliance with budget constraints, company policies, and contractual financial requirements.
• Support the preparation of cost-related reports and updates through the Korean Reporting System.
• Provide recommendations for cost optimization, risk mitigation, and financial efficiency.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualification:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in cost control, budgeting, or financial analysis, preferably in infrastructure or construction projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills with knowledge of cost management principles.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, cost control software, and financial reporting tools.

• Fluency in Korean and English (speaking, reading, and writing) is a must for reporting and coordination.

• Familiarity with Korean Reporting System is an advantage.

• Willing to work in Clark Freeport Zone.
