Conduct data analyses spot data trends, calculate forecasts, perform gap analyses, generate reports and visualization, and communicate insights to senior sales and marketing executives.
Track and analyze actual performance to budget.
Recommend opportunities to improve farm and/or hatchery efficiency using a data-driven approach.
Consolidate relevant information that will be used in analyses and work with the company's IT development team to manage these databases.
Help define and build visualizations to better communicate the performance and aid in decision-making activities.
Support the group with ad-hoc projects and analyses, as assigned.

Qualifications:

Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Statistics or any other related courses;
Experience in Business Planning, FP&A, data analytics, forecasting;
Demonstrated high level of proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Powerpoint);
Working knowledge/experience on Google Workspace (Google Sheets and Google Slides) is a plus;
Experience in Data Visualization tools like Visual Studio, Tableau, Power BI is a plus;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail;
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and active listening skills;
Motivated self-starter;
Willing to learn and coach team members;
Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and change;
At least 2 years’ experience in business planning, FP&A, forecasting in a managerial role, with proven ability to deliver high quality & accurate reports within timescales;
Experience in an FMCG or manufacturing industry is a plus.
