Job Description

a. Manages and ensures the attainment of section’s operations and process change.
b. Organizes Personnel Welfare.
c. Ensures the achievement of Yield targets of HGA Operations.
d. Initiates and finalizes department planning agenda for continuous process and
 productivity improvements.
e. Designs and plans programs and strategies to maintain coordination and cooperation among
department members towards a common well-defined goal, through an effective motivation
and team building approach.
f. Support and resolves concerns between SAE Magnetics China and TDK Philippines.
g. Plans and control budgetary expenses of the department.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualification (Education, Experience, Professional License, Skills Certification, Specialized Training):

• Possess Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related field of study having wide scope of industry knowledge to oversee a variety of activities
• At least with 10 years’ experience in Heads Manufacturing Industry
• Excellent analytical skills for evaluating information and solving complex problems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced mathematical skills for developing new processes and products
