Position Title: HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR
Job Description:
1. Develops and implements HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization's overall goals.
2. Creates, updates, and oversees HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are current and legally compliant.
3. Oversees recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and employee relations.
4. Oversees the HR department's budget and financial planning.
5. Addresses employee concerns, mediates disputes, and fosters a positive work environment.
