Position Title : SCM Director (2 Vacancy) 

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Oversee demand planning, inventory management, and logistics to ensure optimal stock levels and on-time delivery.
  • Lead procurement and sourcing strategies, including contract negotiations and vendor performance management.
  • Identify risks within the supply chain and implement mitigation plans.
  • Develop talent and ensure high levels of team engagement and performance.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualification (Education, Experience, Professional License, Skills Certification, Specialized Training):
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
  • Strong leadership, people management, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of global logistics, sourcing strategies, and supply chain optimization.
