(1) Position Title: Director

  • Lead general customer service including post-sale technical and/or non-technical customer service and support across multiple client layers for business and/or end-consumer customers
  • Perform in a distribution center, product returns/repair center, or field walk-in customer service facility with a high degree of customer interface
  • Act as liaison between customers and client including its production, and distribution departments related to specific customer orders
  • Provide technical and non-technical customer support in a virtual or walk-in service center Incumbents matching to this specialization are not compensated based on achievement of sales targets.




Qualifications/Requirements

• Expert with superior knowledge and experience within a contract center area of expertise;
• Ability to contribute and recommends operational strategies and plans with direct impact on the organization;
• Serves as a coach and mentor to people within the organization operating in his area;
• Ability to lead teams of specialists with several hierarchical levels;
• Ability to develop policies, processes and standards that support the implementation of short to medium term tactical direction; and
• Graduate of Master of Business Administration
