SENIOR DIRECTOR, OPERATIONS

Job Description:

- Manages customers under operations vertical in a manner that reduces operating costs, increases revenues, and ensures customer expectations are exceeded.

Monthly Gross Salary: ₱150,000 - ₱499,999

Work location: 2nd-4th Floor SM City Clark BPO Bldg. 1 & 2 M.A. Roxas Highway, Malabanias, Angeles, Pampanga

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 8 or more years of work-related experience.
  • Extensive experience working directly with customers and developing customer relationships.
  • Experience with personnel management and development, financial analysis, and strong tech. background.
