Job Description

The Director, EAM serves as a critical liaison between business strategy and Enterprise Application Management, with a specialization in optimizing Workday CRM and other key solutions for stakeholders in the Philippines. This leadership role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including Workday configuration and management, custom application development, and comprehensive application support to enhance customer relationship management and align with strategic business objectives. The Director will also oversee application services such as application management and business process outsourcing, ensuring operational alignment with business goals.

• Workday CRM Strategy: Define and champion the Workday CRM vision and roadmap, aligning with industry best practices and client-specific business processes. Elicit and document business requirements, translating them into actionable Workday CRM solution specifications.

• Workday Configuration & Management: Configure and customize Workday CRM solutions to meet specific business requirements, including the development and management of workflows, reports, and dashboards.

• Custom Application Development: Lead the proposal, design, and development of custom applications and integrations to extend Workday CRM functionality, leveraging programming skills and knowledge of relevant technologies.

• Technical Presentations & Communication: Deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations to stakeholders and clients. Prepare and design technical architectures tailored to specific client requirements.

• Project Management & Coordination: Monitor and manage project status, budget, and milestones. Allocate and coordinate resources, working closely with both on-site and offshore teams, to ensure smooth and timely project deliveries.

• Issue Resolution: Proactively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workday CRM and custom applications, ensuring timely and effective solutions. Collaborate across multiple teams to identify and resolve roadblocks.

• Training & Mentorship: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and new team members on Workday CRM functionality and best practices. Provide ongoing mentorship and support to develop team competencies.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of Workday CRM configurations, custom applications, and support processes. Produce clear and concise documentation for stakeholders, including commercial proposals, assessments, and related project documentation.

• Stakeholder Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, conducting meetings to determine and document business and functional requirements.

• Project Management Methodologies: Implement and adhere to defined project management methodologies for all new projects and major change requests, from initial requirement gathering through UAT sign-off and final deployment.

• Audit Compliance: Serve as the geographical Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all EAM audits, collaborating with auditors to evaluate EAM applications and ensure compliance.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experienced senior-level executive with over 25 years in Project Management, Operations Management, Client Servicing, and Process Management.
• Principal Consultant, specializing in Workday implementation across multiple geographies.
• Proven track record of managing large teams, driving operational improvements, and ensuring successful project execution across diverse sectors
• CPC Certified Coder, AAPC & PMP Certified, Project Management Institute (PMI)
• Operations Management: Skilled in optimizing customer service operations and performance reporting.
• Business Development: Proficient in proposal development, lead generation, and strategic partnerships.
