Job Description

Position Title: Director IT PH

Lead and develop an adaptable and agile IT organization to deliver all information services required by affiliate business in an optimum and secure way by leveraging PMI information services.

Accountabilities:

• Anticipate and understand future IT needs of affiliate business and translate overall business strategy into IT Affiliate Plan by leveraging the Global IT offering in order to deliver IT services required by the business.

• Maintain active contact and communication with key business stakeholders and provide advice and consulting to local affiliate management on business matters having IS implications, in order to achieve competitive advantage and facilitate business development.

• Execute the IT Affiliate Plan by leading the deployment, localization and support of global/core business system solutions as well as the development and maintenance of local/regional IT solutions (that are not addressed by IT global portfolio) in order to meet local affiliate business needs following the global PMI standards and procedures

• Ensure that IT Services delivered in an optimum way (timely, cost effective, secure, stable, reliable and user-friendly, both from IT and user perspective) and proper service management processes are in place in order to maximize business efficiency.

• Ensure adherence to all PMI policies and guidelines on security and compliance by leading the assessment and implementation of IT Security requirements in order to minimize risks regarding confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information as (to be) processed, stored, retained in information systems.

• Ensure IT expenditures, including capital expenditures are properly documented, budgeted and approved in line with local and PMI requirements, and regularly carry out budget controls and cost projections during the year in order to ensure availability of funds and avoid budget overspending.

• Plan and manage the delivery of consulting and other services by external and internal suppliers in order to ensure delivered service levels meet the business needs. Select and manage contractual relationship with any locally sourced IS suppliers.

• Lead and coach managers to build an adaptable, flexible and agile IT organization that attracts, develops and retains the best talent in order to deliver IT services required by PMI, currently and in the future.

Qualifications/Requirements

Education Background:
College/University degree in Computer Sciences /Information Systems.
University degree in IT / Business Administration with additional certificates, degrees or experience in IT Management

Work Experience:
10 to 15 years in a large multinational company including 5-7 years management experience (in IT or business) and 5-7 years in IT applications and/or technology environment
• Cross functional work experience
• IT global work experience
• Understanding of key IT delivery processes
• Understanding of the Company processes
