CORPORATE DIRECTOR

Position: Director for Business Services

Job Brief:

• Service Delivery, P&L management, monitoring project baselines, SLAs and operating controls with respect to cost, resourcing, and quality. Lead delivery across multiple accounts meeting SLA’s and financial goals, producing satisfied customers, leading/driving innovation, and establishing an engaged employee base.
• Design process requirements, study/analyze workflows, drive process enhancements through root cause identification & defect elimination and reduce cost of operations. Help clients define strategy and identify improvement opportunities. Delivery costs are expected to reduce annually in accordance with business unit plans.
• Support proposal Development for store support related opportunities and identification and capture of organic opportunities for services expansion within our existing accounts. Act as a thought leader for our store support strategy as we continue to grow and expand this part of our business.
