(CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER)

The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for leading Solaire Resort North’s day to day operations with full P&L and management accountability. 

  • Responsible in directing company operations to meet budget and other financial goals.
  • Responsible in directing short-term and long-range planning and budget development to support strategic business goals.
  • Establish the performance goals, allocate resources, and assess policies for senior management. 
  • Demonstrate successful execution of business strategies for company products and services.
  • Monitor department performance against performance goals to ensure that progress is being made.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Seasoned Executive with international experience in leading successful Integrated Resorts.
  • Highly analytical and strategically minded, numerate, skilled negotiator and problem-solver.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Sophisticated, tactful, and results-driven negotiation skills.
