  • Prepare and cook dishes using a wok, ensuring proper heat control and cooking techniques.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, including woks, stoves, and grills
  • Ensure kitchen hygiene, food safety, and sanitation in compliance with health regulations.
  • Follow recipes and portion guidelines to maintain consistency in food preparation.
  • Manage inventory, store ingredients properly, and minimize waste.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Candidates must have an experience using Wok once they cook.
• Chinese and Japanese restaurant background is a must.
• Candidates who’s working abroad is preferred.
• Fluent in speaking English
• Age between 25 – 35 years old
