POSITION: ASSISTANT CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

• Support the overall planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects under the direction of a Construction Manager or Project Manager.

• Work closely with construction crews, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to safety and quality standards.

• Assist in the development of project schedules and timelines.

• Assist in resolving on-site issues, including delays, material shortages, or conflicts between workers.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
• At least 8 years of experience in construction or project management, particularly in commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to identify issues and implement practical solutions quickly.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with team members, clients, and contractors.
