- Manage, prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
- Manage team, subordinates, labors and disseminate works in order to complete as per site plan.
- Manage, ensure that the project is constructed and documented in accordance with the contract documents.
- Manage, ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
- Manage, implement and coordinate schedules and activities.

Qualifications/Requirements

- College Graduate.
- With a minimum of (10) years of experience in railway constructions.
- With good leadership and managing skills, strong work ethics, familiar in budgeting and keen understanding of industry specific terminology, rules and regulations.
- Leadership and human resources management skills.
- Good communication skills and can comprehend both English and Korean writings.
