SENIOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

  • Manages, oversees coordination and guide activities of the functions covering: tender documentation, tender evaluation, value engineering, cost awareness and management, procurement and post contract management
  • Keep track of variations of contracts and monitor procurement, ensuring that quality materials and services are obtained for best price
  • Ensure that cost plans predicted the overall budget required
  • Ensure that prepared tenders, cost estimations, quotations, cost evaluations and cost comparisons are accurate and competitive
  • Ensure that bill of quantity, tender documents/amendments and tender bids are submitted accurately and within deadline 

Qualifications/Requirements

  • BS degree in construction management or any related field
  • Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and method
  • Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
  • Preferably Japanese
  • Fluent in Japanses and English
