MANDARIN DEPUTY MANAGER
- Assist the General Manager in planning, organizing, and overseeing department or company-wide activities.
- Act as the primary liaison between Mandarin-speaking teams, clients, or vendors and English-speaking leadership.
- Supervise day-to-day operations, team performance, and project execution to ensure alignment with KPIs and business goals.
- Support recruitment, training, and performance reviews for team members.
- Translate documents, reports, and internal communications between Mandarin and English.
Lead or support cross-functional projects, including process improvement, compliance, and customer initiatives.
