• Quality Management. To inspect, supervise and ensure the accomplishment and progress of construction projects and make certain that the team is doing quality work in accordance with the specifications of the project; To review and recommend work process improvements as necessary;
• Cost Management. To be cost-sensitive and make the necessary adjustments when unexpected complications or issues arise;
• Contract administration. To ensure that provisions of the contracts are being met and that all parties involved are satisfied; To ensure all the necessary documentation are complete and updated;
• Team Management. To handle and supervise the internal affairs of the Construction Operations Department, including any and all concerns of the Area Managers, Project Engineers, Resident Engineers, and Foremen; To coordinate with relevant internal departments for wide ranging concerns; To ensure that all rules, regulations and guidelines are explicitly followed at the project sites; To promote a positive work environment that contributes to increasing efficiency and productivity on and off site;
