  • Understanding the details of the work, the critical milestones and the methodology.
  • Monitoring of field supervision and productivity in line with the plan.
  • Reviewing the manpower requirement and equipment loading necessary for the execution of the project on time, quality and safely.
  • Supervising Subcontractors activities in his area by planning & monitoring against Subcontract and Pre-order meeting agreements, scope and sequence of activities. Ensuring that reports and approval requirements [especially permits, coordination and acceptance of work] are complied with.
  • Providing inputs on their variations and claims to the Project Management Team.
  • Ensuring progress of the works is in accordance with the project program (master plan).

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
  • Significant experience in construction management, typically ranging from 10 years to 15 years.
  • In-depth understanding of construction methods, techniques, and materials. Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards applicable to construction projects.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, organize, and execute construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities with the capacity to lead and motivate cross-functional project teams.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
