Responsibilities
  • The employee is engaged to provide significant support, through the use of Mandarin nativelanguage, to senior professionals in China, Taiwan and other Mandarin speaking counterpartand clients
  • Facilitate communication between parties who speak two different languages.
  • Translating and re-communicating both verbal and written messages from one language intoanother.This includes both spoken languages and sign languagesCreate an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesiveteam effort
  • Provide the team with a vision of the project objectives.
  • Facilitate problem solving and collaboration with the clientStrive for team consensus and win-win agreementsEnsure discussions and decisions lead toward closure
  • Encourage creativity,risk-taking, and constant improvement.
  • Familiarize the team with the customer needs, specifications, design targets, the developmentprocess, design standards, technigues and tools to support task performance.
  • Assure that the team addresses all relevant issues within the specifications and variousstandards
  • Serve as meeting manager or chairman
  • Ensure deliverables are prepared to satisfy the project reguirements, cost and schedule.
  • Work with functional managers and the team sponsor to obtain necessary resources to supportthe team's requirements.



Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as Mandarin General ManagerFamiliarity, knowledge and awareness on Machinery and Heavy Equipment use by the company
  • Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plansThorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Bi-lingual is a requisite. Fluent in Cantonese, Taiwanese, Mandarin and English language.
  • Willing to work in Makati City from 9:00 AM to 6:00PM, Monday to Friday
