Job Description

  • Operate and monitor batching plant equipment to produce concrete according to required mix designs.
  • Ensure proper calibration of batching plant to maintain accuracy in material proportions.
  • Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors for timely concrete delivery and production schedules.
  • Inspect and maintain plant equipment to ensure optimal performance and address any mechanical issues.
  • Maintain production records, including material usage, batch quantities, and delivery logs.
  • Conduct routine quality checks on concrete mixes to ensure compliance with project standards.
  • Implement and adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
  • Manage raw material inventory (cement, aggregates, admixtures) and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment.Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe working environment.


Qualifications/Requirements

  • High school graduate or relevant technical/vocational course in construction or plant operations.
  • Proven experience as a Batching Plant Operator or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Knowledge of concrete production processes and batching plant systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work in project-based locations and flexible hours.
